Local programs in Taipei

VINEdots is more than an online school. We are part of the community here in Taipei, and we run local, face-to-face workshops for kids, students and adults, each built around a specialty topic. Throughout the year we hold camps such as the Taiwan Future Entrepreneurs Camp, and workshops such as AI Coaching for Professionals. Everything happens in English and in person, and everyone learns by doing. Click below to see what is coming up.

AI for Work and Life

An eight-week coaching program, one-to-one or in a group, that teaches professionals to use AI on their real work and in their real life, starting in the first session. Everyone builds AI tools to help in their own life.

  • Dates to be confirmed
  • 8 weekly 60-minute sessions, one-to-one or in a group
  • In person in Taipei or online
  • NT$12,000 per person
  • Includes 2 months of Claude Code
  • 30 to 60 minutes of practice between sessions
  • Starts with a 15-minute intake questionnaire

Who it's for

Adults in office jobs who want to use AI well but haven't made it a habit: managers, analysts, consultants, marketers, HR and operations professionals, and similar roles. Every session works on your own tasks, so each one ends with something you can use the same week.

What changes

  • Routine work takes less time and first drafts are better
  • You use AI for your career and personal planning, not only for tasks at work
  • You have reusable prompts and assistants instead of starting from a blank box
  • You use AI responsibly: protecting confidential data, checking facts and keeping your own voice

What you take away

  • A personal prompt library
  • An AI use-case map for your job
  • A working custom assistant for a recurring task
  • A personal AI use charter
  • A 90-day action plan
  • Before-and-after results you can show

Before we start, you note how many hours a week go to routine tasks, how confident you feel using AI (1 to 5) and three outcomes you want in 90 days. In session 8 we measure the same things again.

Schedule

The eight sessions

  1. Session 1

    Foundations and mindset

    • What AI does well, and where it gets things wrong
    • Setting up the tools you will use every week
    • Your starting point: routine hours, confidence and three goals for 90 days
  2. Session 2

    Prompting fundamentals

    • Giving AI a role, context, a clear task and a format
    • Improving a weak answer step by step
    • Starting your personal prompt library
  3. Session 3

    AI at work

    • Email, meetings and documents in less time
    • Research and summaries you can check
    • Data and presentations from your own work
    • Your AI use-case map
  4. Session 4

    AI for career growth

    • Updating your CV and profile
    • Preparing for interviews and reviews
    • A learning plan for new skills
  5. Session 5

    AI for life

    • Planning your week, trips and projects
    • Learning something new with AI as a tutor
    • Thinking through decisions
  6. Session 6

    Workflows and custom assistants

    • Turning repeated tasks into reusable workflows
    • Building a custom assistant for one recurring task
    • Testing it on real work and improving it
  7. Session 7

    Responsible use

    • Protecting confidential and personal data
    • Checking facts and sources
    • Keeping your own voice and judgment
    • Your personal AI use charter
  8. Session 8

    Your 90-day plan

    • Measuring again: hours, confidence and your three goals
    • Your before-and-after results

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to share confidential work information?

No. We practice on your real types of tasks using anonymized or made-up details, and in session 7 we go through your company's AI policy.

Which AI tool will we use?

In the first session we choose one main tool, ideally one your employer approves, and set it up together with the right privacy settings.

How much time does it take each week?

One 60-minute session, plus 30 to 60 minutes of practice on your own work.

Is it in person or online?

Either. You can meet in person in Taipei or online, whichever suits you.

What happens before the first session?

You fill in a short intake questionnaire, about 15 minutes, on your work, how you use AI today and your goals. It sets the baseline we measure your progress against.

How much does it cost?

NT$12,000 per person, for the intake, all eight sessions and 2 months of Claude Code.
