Russmann Jaimes, Co-founder of Vine Education Co. and Vine Dots, was born in Bolivia and later immigrated to Boston with his family. Despite a difficult upbringing involving frequent school changes, Russ received a good education and attended Boston Latin School where he developed an interest in computers and languages. He received a full scholarship to study Computer Science at The University of New Hampshire where he worked with the international department and developed an interest in Asia.

Russ moved to Taiwan to teach English to adults and founded Vine Education with a mission to improve communication and business acumen. Today, Vine is a successful edutech business with global reach. Russ excels in training, leadership, international communication, and business development, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Chinese, as well as several programming languages.
